Yesterday I ran for 1.5 miles straight. It was slow - super slow, but i wanted to be able to maintain the gate of running to help build my endurance. Today Evie is 6 wks. I plan to spend the next two weeks building my endurance, so that i can begin Insanity at wk 8. It is the type of program that requires a base level of fitness, so I need to work up to it.
I'm eating great!!! Here are some examples...
Greek yogurt with pomegranates Raw veggies with hummus or taziki Pretein bar Pastaless lasagna Healthy chicken & veggie enchilanda with warm sweet pot. & black bean salad Stir fry with cauliflower fried rice (recipe from fatsecret) Salads loaded with veggies and almonds or walnuts Veggie smoothies
