🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 these last few pounds are so hard to loose but, I'm determined. Hopefully I get this gastro issues or kidney stones resolved. Keto fixed and reversed many things like sleep apnea, asthma, diabetes type 2, migraines, fatigue, hypertension, tachycardia, varicose veins, acne and skin tags and darkening, heavy periods, anemia, iron deficiency but, in turn as per my last physical I was left with gastro issues, high cholesterol and possible gallstones🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Been off my keto lifestyle for a month now doing a little better but definetly planning to restart except this time it will not be dirty keto but clean strict keto.
70.8 kg Lost so far: 41.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Keto is amazing. I never realized how alive, alert and enthusiastic I could be about life until I cut carbs/sugar out of my life. After 3 days of misery, all of a sudden it felt like my brain had emerged from a fog. Now that I’m close to my weight goal and focusing on strength training and maximizing muscle mass, I allow myself closer to 50-60g of carbs vs the previous 30 and don’t feel so deprived. Congrats on your accomplishments!!! 🥳 👏

Thank you Cingrats to you as well and I feel like an entirely different person after keto although left with some minor complications nothing compares to how I was miserably doing almost 100lbs ago keep going😉

I feel like we go through the same things!! I need to get back to Mediterranean and lower carbs. I have had so many dang migraines over the last 2 months.
