managed to do my 7300 steps-total 70000 steps this month..gotta move my butt to finish 200000 by end of month..I am behind cause of a week off. I spent it visiting my daughter...I am behind,but i will catch up!!
87.1 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
