Well, I finally bit the bullet and weighed in. Gained almost a pound. Phooey. Not too surprising, though, as I really haven't been at all careful these last couple of weeks. Carbs Я us!

On the other hand, according to the fancy Star Trek scale at the gym, I've lost a full percentage point of body fat. Hey, I'll take that! :)
69.3 kg Lost so far: 21.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
