I'm here :-) and being good, except I did buy a big container (stuff as much as you can for a low price) of wings and have been eating them like they are going to run out! Well at least they are the plain roasted ones, no breading or sauce but I know there might be a little creep up due to that overeating plus added fat from the skin but they are so crispy and good! I normally put them in my oven when I bring them home to cook them more up to the crisp style since sometimes they aren't cooked enough for my taste at the store. Well enough on that. At least I resisted the other items I have been craving (junk/nonfood/drink/etc) so that is a plus for me also. I'm a bit anxious for tomorrow, my BFF is coming in to visit (she has her own place) for a month and already is talking about going out to eat and at home movies (she likes to snack during tv & movies) and she will eat the things that are not on my woe. She is good about not overeating (from what I can tell) but is a bit overweight also so really should watch it more, but that is not for me to say beyond just being a good example and responding in kindness when she brings it up. She has gotten better and has respected my way of eating and not harping on the "oh, one won't hurt" or "you don't need to loose weight" or other sayings, so I am thankful she has gotten better at that. BUT I know there will be temptations this month. I just need to keep in mind that I am doing this for ME. At least I did go to the gym today and will continue to go when there aren't too many people there. I'm a bit sore from yesterday so I just rode the bike for 30 min but that is something! Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & Take care to ALL :-)
