STUCK STILL at this weight... SIGH...
96.2 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I surely don't KNOW! Ok, i do... but i don't want to cut out my ICE CREAM! LOL I'm working out 3 days a week, and eating "moderately"... I don't know what MORE i CAN do! I'm NOT working out more than 3 days a week... That's just not sustainable... SIGH...

I'm not big on the advice thing, as I'm no professional, but just take a closer look at everything and see what happens this week. Keep your chin up!

:) Yo, Thanks for the advice... I'll see what i can find, but it has been frustrating over the past couple weeks... Good luck, and KICK that COLD/FLU outta YA! Hope you can get back to the gym for a good workout yourself!
