2.6 ketones Made a casserole of goat cheese, cream cheese, green chili's, onion, Just Egg, ham, mozzarella cheese, and Cheddar cheese and left over sour cream. Recipe was to use up the Just Egg (expensive stuff) and some of the cheeses and ham and sour cream. It was interesting. It kinda resembles scrambled eggs--
moist scrambled eggs. It tastes good but some of family didn't care for consistency which is okay--more servings for me that have no egg (for my egg sensitivity) and a ton of dairy fat. Probably accounts for scale being up this morning or could be the cold baked potato "test" meal which put my carbs up to almost 50. Still have leftover ham from Christmas so plan to slice and freeze for later. Once a doctor told me that to lose weight I should eat only ham when hungry. He was before Atkins and low carb eating became popular. Now I know why it was a weight loss strategy. Didn't raise insulin and put me in fat-burning ketosis mode.

Sounds like a yummy casserole (though I've never had goat cheese). Glad there will be more for you since your family didn't like the consistency. I talked my husband into joining the weight-loss challenge on HealthyWage with me, so he's now trying to drink some water, and eating less, and better choices. His goal is to lose 23 pounds in 6 months. That should be doable. Keep up the good work, Ruth! Keep making good choices, and the scale WILL go down!
