Whoo hoo.... I finally see the drop that I worked so hard for , just had to be patient. Tonight I will be eating my favorite...Chinese food....split between tonight and tomorrow, so the sodium will knock my water proportions out of whack. This causes my roller coasters, but I promised hubby that we could order once a month. I wonder if taking a potassium pill will help. No potatoes in Chinese food!

Are the figures for this site pretty accurate? Math is math and so any error made is human calculation. But does the math always add up or hopefully down? So I went through the month calendars with the exercise.....actually calories spent less calorie intake to find the monthly deficit and then divide by 3500 for pounds loss. I do try to keep my inputs as accurate as possible. My start weight and this mornings low weight do not compute. However, water was up and fat was down, so i could have lost fat and gained muscle, Right? That might account for the difference of 1.2 pounds over 2 months? If i take their figure i should be 141.7 . I guess a difference of 1700 calories a month is not bad for a lot of guess work and possible other reasons. I am writing this down so I don't have to do it again. Thanks Nov...4.3 lbs. Dec...3.3 Jan...1.5 Total 9.1 Joined Nov4....149.6 Today 143.2 True loss 6.4 I did see a lower 143.0 on the scale Dec 30 which was a week ago and a January loss of 1.5 by figures should bring me to 141.7 by my calculations. (bringing a loss of 7.9 rather than 9.1 ...a difference of 1.2 lbs over 2 months) Notes to keep tabs on accuracy and adjust if needed.
