Today, I will not weigh in until I complete week 3 of my 6 week Les Mills Fast Burner Challenge. I have found that weighing in for me causes me to take liberties with my diet and exercise. Therefore, I'm going to try something different. I will record my food daily and my workouts. I have had a challenging year, but I'm sure I can regain my focus and wellness. Measures I will take on 2/17/21 will be weight, hover time, and waistline measurement. Which was 185, 01:03.5, and 38.5.
83.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
