Holding steady which is a win in my book. I usually gain 7-9 lbs every December. This year I'm trying to be more mindful of what I eat in the way of sweets. Have put all cookies in freezer and haven't made all the candies I usually do.
67.6 kg Lost so far: 57.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
