G-O-A-L !!! Finally Achieved my goal of 145. lbs. My water is still registering high at 51% so this figure is one that I can believe in. Keep at it everyone. If you have been diligent and true to yourself you will see results!

I know I want to reset my goal for another 12 lb. loss over 2021. 133 Sounds reasonable for a 5'4" 62 yr. old retired woman don't you think?

Should I do it over 12 months? or Six? or keep doing what I am doing for a 3 month goal. I understand the body resists more once getting closer to ideal weight. And there are recipes like those smoothie bowls and I want to try AND a chocolate bean cake recipe to go with it .....but then again, if they are healthy, maybe we can have our cake and ice cream (banana) too!

I would love some opinions here. What would you do?

congratulations! How about "eat healthily, as you'll be eating forever, and accept what weight loss comes?" As a fellow woman in her 60s, I find that attitude helps me stay on track. I try to chill about loss, but not about behavior. Last time I lost and regained, it was from being disappointed with the outcome. I see now I should have graciously accepted a higher final weight than what I was when I was 30. For me, holding on to a number on the scale as goal hurts me, not helps. But then if a goal helps you stay on track, great!

Thank you all for your comments and congratulations. Since the beginning of losing over 30 lbs. I had been most concerned about the nutrition and did a nutrition app before joining here. I was happy with the results on a 1400 calorie diet , but did look forward to being able to afford the calories for a whole ounce of nuts, rather than half an ounce. Also to be able to have another Tbsp. of flax to maintain its great benefits of omega 3 and for the fiber. So I feel that a calorie goal of 16oo which is quite comfortable and continuing my exercise which is also important to me is the way to proceed. Fri and Sat. nights I do enjoy a couple of drinks too . I should be able to maintain this weight with no problem, just eating right and making good choices. These figures should add up to significant loss with no duress. Let's surprise myself as to where I might be at come Valentine's Day! For now i am just happy to be on the high end, but Normal BMI with great knowledge obtained along the way!
