fitforever's Journal, 16 Dec 20

I decided to weigh in before bed yesterday, knowing that that's when I register the highest weight of the day. When the number still showed a loss,I was in disbelief. Well, I guess the proof is in the pudding. Today I'm down another 0.8lbs....meaning a loss of 1 whole lb in 24 hours. This is very motivating. I really don't doubt I can lose 5 more by the end of the year. I'll just stay the course. I hadn't been doing FS for ages, but I've officially lost 10lbs since I started making efforts....I'll say 2 months ago. However, it has only been 1 week, since I have started counting calories and limiting what I eat, and about a month since I've resumed walking regularly. Everything has It's place. My husband said he notices that my body is changing. So do I. The bras that were starting to hurt my back, don't feel quite as tight. my jowls are less severe...and I have so much more energy, fewer cravings, and a healthier lifestyle. Feeling grateful for my brother sharing his journey with me. He gave me the nudge I didn't know that I needed.
