I skipped church and played in a scramble today. They served lunch, but I ate pulled pork with BBQ sauce on it. The salad was a pasta salad so I passed on that and also the chips and Baked beans. So I am way over my daily carb count, but probably very low in calories. I'll have to skimp on Supper tonight with only protein.
