Down half a pound! It's coming off, very slowly! I need to get my weekend eating under control. I go way over board. Sometimes it's so bad I don't record it but then I got thinking that I'm only lying to myself. I need to track everything! Reality!

So, plans for weekend are to relax.

I definitely didn't record my whole pizza and two bottles of wine binge, we all have secrets! lol Every loss is a win!!! Be proud, own it :-) You're down thirty-one pounds, that's a toddler!!

Thanks for the encouragement! I once read somewhere the mirror never lies...you can 'miss' recording the foods that you eaten in secret but it will always show in the mirror, or on the scale.
