It's been a long while!
Competition has been over for quite some time now and I've been focused on my hypertrophy goals. Started a YouTube channel too so that kept me really busy for a couple of weeks launching a video every day for 1 week.
Decided to log on today and record that I will be increasing my kCal today again since increasing to 2850kCal after the competition was done. We are now at 2950kCal. I haven't gained weight even after weening off of cardio. I thought I might since I started eating more consistently at my higher range (2850 kCal) over the last few weeks.
I will be closely monitoring my body fat gain this time especially once my kCal dips into the 3000 pool again.
No bulking, just slow gains to build muscle.
No weight gain since the competition. Looking to gain a little now.
That's where I'm at today. Let's move to tomorrow!
