Breakfast: Non-Fat Yogurt with Rice Bran Powder

Lunch: Edamame+Sunflower seeds Salad, Tofu+Shimeji Mushrooms Sauté

Dinner: Deli from Grocery store (Chicken and Broccoli Salad), Nuts
45.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.1 kg a Week
