Took a hiatus - it's my birthday today 41!! a good day to get back on my wellness path - been feeling really sluggish and stuffed lol all in all - only up a little - not as bad as I thought it would be ... Hello 41 :)

146.2 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg. Still to go: 46.4 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.
