What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Chicken Broth

Lunch: Koya-Tofu and Nori in Miso Soup and Non-Fat Yogurt with Rice Bran Powder and Brain Octane

Dinner: Salad, Natto with Flaxseed meal, Smoked Salmon (2 pcs.), Brie Cheese, Frozen Grapes and Nuts
46.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.5 kg a Week
