Post thanksgiving and I am all good - time with friends and family was totally worth it. We stayed reasonable at most meals and I did indulge a bit ( no sugar just portion sizes) here and there. I tried a couple different Keto Pecan pie recipes (wholesome yum) and they were OK - I need to adjust and tray again at the next holiday. I hope that everyone had a fantastic holiday and weekend.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 30.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
