I knew it wouldn't be pretty. Hoping its just water from being sick and so stressed. I didn't do great with my diet but I wasn't eating big macs all week. Definitely stayed within range of my RDI. Ah well, either way it's time to get serious again. I lost fifty pounds, there is no reason why I can't lose another fifty. Just need to come up with a plan and stick with it. Need to take a closer look at my diet, be more consistent with trips to the gym and wa-la. Here's hoping next Friday will be a wa-la day lol. Happy Friday everyone!
