Now that holiday festivities are over, I can get back to seriously losing! Looking forward to the new year! Looking even more foreward to my reward when I reach my final goal: Buying a new wardrobe!!
Printing out Meal Planning sheets and will be planning our meals weekly so that everything is ready to go. Also want to plan a "grab & go" shelf in the fridge with healthy snacks such as veggie sticks & nuts & fruits!
64.6 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
