What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Banana Nuts Breads+Butter

Late Lunch: I don’t need to write down here.

What? I ate lots of CARBOHYDRATES yesterday, but my weight is less than I thought.
45.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.1 kg a Week
