Breakfast: BP Coffee

Lunch: Quinoa Salad, Fage 5% Yogurt+Rice Bran Powder

Dinner: Bean Sprouts+Avocado+Edamame+Ham Salad, Brie Cheese, Broiled Mackerel and Nuts
46 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.7 kg a Week
