Ketones 1.5 and still hoping to drop 6.7# by end of month. With Thankgiving coming up, don't know if there is hope. Yesterday had scramble left over from Saturday evening and grilled chicken breast salad with blue cheese dressing which was lunch with rest for dinner. No logging estimated portions for a day. Did get a slight loss. Today haven't thought of what and when to eat. Wanna find a new book to read today at the park. It helps to get up and out ot the house. For now, my go to is black coffee or coffee with heavy cream.
102.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 35.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
