Not doing so well these days in the weight loss department! I quit counting calories on Friday as we went out for lunch to a Thai restaurant. Our corporate boss was in town and it's been awhile since we've had Thai. Plus the boss brought Chicago popcorn mix which I couldn't help staying away from! Sigh!

I was busy with the farm this weekend, helping to clean out the heifer barn on Friday evening and then I did a lot shoveling on Saturday. Well, then we went out Saturday night to an upscale hamburger place and had these huge burgers. I had one made with ground turkey. There was 8 of us celebrating my brother in laws birthday. So there was appetizers and their signature food besides the burgers are milkshakes...need I say more! So I indulged there! And then on Sunday we had dinner at my parents and ate too much again. More sighs!!

Anyway, the weight is up and my plans for the week are to eat staying close to my RDI and get back to running at lunch time. I got to lose the last 7 lbs!! Send encouraging vibes to me FS buddies!!!

Hang in there..but I bet you burned a lot of cals..doing all that shoveling..drink more water too...:O)
