Well, back from vacation! It was a great time of doing nothing. I indulged in munchies, ice cream and adult beverages! I did, however, go for an almost 5 k run every morning. But for 9 days I indulged and did not track calories! It was great but I still thought about what I was eating. That is the word, thought! Now, back to the routine of reality, I'm back today tracking my calories and thinking about what I'm eating and I'm going to get back on track and lose the last few pounds! Did my lunch time run and I plan to go home tonight and try to do some exercises like squats, lunges, etc.

Sometimes I think the de-stress of a vacation, no matter what the food, actually helps with weight loss! Ya' done good!
