Calorie 1237 Breakdown: Carbohydrate (55%) Fat (25%) Protein (20%) Had a long day. Did drink more water today. Stayed under 1250 calories. I'm trying to stay at least under 1350 to 1400 during the work week. The scale was down 4 oz this morning. Which is better than nothing. This is sure turning out to be a very slow process for as hard as I seem to be working at it. Guess the perils of getting older. Just can not drop 5lbs in a weekend anymore :) ! Have a great night.
