I gained but at least know why. I didn't workout at all and I ate more and drank a lot of water.

Hope to get down at least a pound by Sunday.
103.0 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg.    Still to go: 28.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
