Breakfast: 2 Steamed Eggs

Lunch: Avocados and Tempeh Salad, Baked Chicken Brest

Dinner: Avocados Salad, Natto with Flaxseed meal, Pork Sauté and Nuts
45.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
