Still holding on to weight, with the Holidays coming up I'm sure I will go through some drastic weight changes !!!! Still working out and playing pickleball, will have to do more to get under 210 before Holi-daze !!!
97.5 kg Lost so far: 96.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
