I have been estimating instead of weighing and measuring. To maintain that might work but m not so sure about reaching my goal rapidly I had made soup which is more difficult to weigh and measure if it's not single serving. Not impossible. Could have divided it into individual servings after cooking--But didn't go the extra mile this time. The soup was no recipe and was delicious. Ketones 1.2 this morning

Yes, something like soup is difficult to calculate. It's not impossible, but it's laborious. Sounds like it was a healthy choice though, and you are being mindful of what you are eating. Good job, Ruth!

Thanks Debbie and Jenny. Yesterday I ate some chicken stuffedwith cheddar and jalapeños that I brought at Vons a Safeway store. I figure it was mostly protein and fat and ate to satisfaction. I think it worked for mr.
