Whoohoo! Still going in the right direction again. It’s been a struggle these last few months. Starting to pay off. Walked and cycled yesterday. Last night did crunches , leg lifts and flutters. Did a big shop of healthy foods in the morning after dawning my N95 mask. First time I have actually done grocery shopping in months. Hubby always does it because of my severe asthma but he wasn’t buying the healthy food so I just wasn’t eating much. I feel like I’ve turned the page now, so to speak. I hope I can continue.
