I took advantage of the nice weather today. I blew the back deck & the driveway, raked leaves, cut back dead stuff & even gave the few remaining plants a spritz of deer repellant. I haven't been paying much attention outdoors & the deer may have had a few nibbles already. Cooler weather is moving in again tonight. I'm feeling a twinge in my hip & knees so I had a hot shower & rubbed muscle relaxer on them. I'll take some Tylenol tonight if it's still bothering me.

We got a walk in this afternoon. We missed it the past couple days cause of rain then it was dark after we got off the phone with our family yesterday.

I've been debating whether I should up my allowed calories on the app. I've been averaging around 1900 to 2000 a day 4 out of the past 6 weeks. I know when I go over but the 1800 threshold kind of alerts me to put on the brakes. If I raise them, I'd have to be sure I stopped & not think...oh, I can have the few more calories & it will be OK. I weigh myself every morning so I do know I'm maintaining each day. I am sticking with my WOE but the limit helps me determine what dessert I eat after dinner, whether I can have that extra glass of wine, etc.

Dinner tonight is Buffalo chicken bites on Cherry, almond blue cheese chopped salad...both from Costco. I haven't tried this bagged salad before but I'm pretty sure I'll like it...hope Hubby does 😃 Blue cheese isn't his favorite but it's a vinaigrette.

Some of my favorite TV shows are coming back to network TV. I watched Law & Order SVU last night then they had a special afterwards about all the actors that have had guest roles on Law & Order over the years...some before they became famous for other shows...some already well known. It was fun to see all of them!

Well...gotta go feed the dogs 🦮🐕‍🦺 & prepare our easy dinner for tonight 😊
