Been 100% on my woe. I need to exercise/walk more. My kids & grands are here so they are keeping me on my toes but I really need my daily walk. Been missing it because of weather, company, and of course my own excuses. But today that will change. I do have to go to work (part time temp job) but afterwards I'm going to either take a walk or do the stair thing for 20 min (up & down the stairs at my apartment as another FS person suggested). I feel good that I am staying on my woe, but kind of disappointed that the weight is still 'creeping' around. I'm kind of tired and it is affecting my mood and outlooks. "HEY, don't let it", I have to keep telling my self. Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & take care to ALL :-)
