Feeling more cheerful today...possibly the sunshine helped. Ran errands this afternoon.

We had a phone conversation with our other Canadian niece & nephew this evening.

Dinner is in the oven & will be ready soon....Sweet Italian sausages, roasted sweet red & yellow peppers, portobello mushrooms & multicolor cherry tomatoes with kale salad.
64.7 kg Lost so far: 13.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
