Long busy weekend on duty so my meals were on a random schedule. Food options in the dining facility were good so I was able to make good choices. All in all I am feeling pretty well.
80.5 kg Lost so far: 31.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
