I am surprised that I was able to eat as well as I did at Xmas. I allowed myself some sweets, which were pretty hi-cal (well, cheesecake was), and I went over my cal limit by 100 cals. I started up my workouts again and did 30 mins of wii active 2, and 15 mins of dance. Anxious to do today's workout, and surprised and excited to have lost a lb!
