What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Steamed egg

Lunch: Salad with Avocado and walnuts, Greek Yogurt

Dinner: Salad from our favorite restaurant.

I got “Witch’s Shot” yesterday. UPS left a package at patio, not in front of the door. When I tried to lift the box, I thought it was kind of heavy. So I hauled it little bit, but I thought I could lift it. Then, my life changed instantly. I felt the disk was pressured my lower back. “Oh! I did it!” Fortunately, I could walk, but couldn’t lean front. I tried make lower back cold with ice patch for 30 minutes, then hot patch for 30 minutes. I didn’t lay down. I read it make my lower back slow recovery. Today, my lower back is better. Be careful when you lift box.
46.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.8 kg a Week

food looks wonderful - but happy to hear your back is ok. wow, yes, have to be careful when lifting heavy boxes.
