Finally down a bit. Ketones this morning 1.8. Second day waking up early 5ish with sinus headache. Yesterday planned three meals and logged them but could only eat one so need to go back and change logged food for yesterday. Still not hungry but need coffee. It helps the sinuses. Maybe instant this morning to not make a lot of noise grinding beans. Edited food logged yesterday. Only had 386 calories.

Thanks Texas. I imagine it's because I could only eat one meal yesterday. I don't believe I am saying this but I am not eating enough. I am in ketosis so I am not hungry. I am sure I could eat food like Chris eats. Ice cream, flan, burritos but then I would feel lousy. I am thinking maybe go on a structured eating plan for a day or two. I don't want my metabolism to adjust to too few calories. Why is it so diffucult?
