Im getting there! 💪🎉 I started my journey on August 3. Exactly 3 months ago, and im down 46lbs(21kg). Im still not perfect, but my bmi have dropped from 30 to 23.5 ☺️ Finally im healthy 🎉
64 kg Lost so far: 19 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I just have cut carbs, sugar and fried food from my diet. I don't eat lots of fat and i exercise almost everyday for over an hour. I used to have very sedentary lifestyle and it was a big change for me. And i make sure to be always on track, no cheat meals for me haha.
