So bummed – I followed KETO last week. Didn't go off of it at all but ate too much and the result was going up 1.7# instead of losing. Realizing the value of tracking foods! Back online this week.
68.8 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

If you do it right, it takes roughly 3 days to get into ketosis, give it another week.

I’m doing Atkins, it’s similar to Keto. I’m also following Palio WoE. Basically,low carb & whole food.

Been Keto for about 3 yrs. It gets easier but tracking never stops even when just maintaining.
