I am hoping because it's a new month,my weight will begin to drop a bit more...the exercise program that I am working with has started to make me work out more as long as I am able to follow it. it gets longer and I have to walk more rapidly and sometimes I even try to jog a bit...so here's hoping!!
90.5 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
