Disappointing drop 😞

Last Friday I had a large steak, veggies,🧁&🍷 to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. I was hoping it would not reflect on the scale a week later.

I also ate a lot of additional steak a few times this week, maybe it’s still with me 😉

Hopefully next Friday’s weigh in will be better 😊
103.9 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 42.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
