My plan for tomorrow (since today’s calories are already spent) is to eat more fruit.
My plan for Saturday is to take a walk and hit 8000 steps.
My average is about 3500 if you count while I’m working. I’ve hit 7k a couple times this month, but after working a full day I’m too tired/achy/grumpy to go on a walk.
I also think I need to eat earlier in the day instead of waiting for dinner/bedtime. 😋
71.6 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well, I only hit 6000 steps, but that’s partly because I slept 15 hours to recover from the work week. 🤣
