Made it through around 40 hours of 42 hour fast. Still fasting. Plan to eat around 11:00 2:00 6:00 today. Trusting body is burning off unhealthy cells (autophagy). I did have morning coffee. My morning ketones 1.8 which is in fat burning optimal range.
105.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 38.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
