All right!! I consider yesterday a win!
Day Plan: egg fast/IF/exercise
Today not a win. There was a package of cookies left out on the kitchen table all day and somehow my hand just reached out, picked up one, and I ate it! Moral of story: Hide the cookies out of sight!
