What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: BP Coffee (no pic)

Lunch: None

Snack: 1 Tbsp of Heavy Cream (no pic)

Dinner: Natto with Flaxseed meal and Okra, Cauliflower and Quinoa Salad, Meat Sauce with Palmini noodle and Nuts(no pic)

I just wanted to try something new. I saw a blog about Palmini. It is made from heart of palm. Sounds interesting.
Well, first bite. Hmmm. It same as vegetable noodle. It tastes like canned white asparagus. My husband said Shirataki noodle is better. I think so too. Shirataki noodle is less carb and almost no calories. Moreover, it has more fiber. I think It is first and last Palmini.
45.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
