What I eat yesterday:

Breakfast: 1 Tbsp. Butter

Lunch: Sour Cream 60g

Dinner: Brie Cheese, Cauliflower + Sauerkraut Salad, Grilled Asparagus, Grass-Fed Rib-Eye and Grilled Japanese Sweet Potato + Butter

I LOVE Sweet Potato, Pumpkin and Chestnuts. There are so many Autumn harvests which make me gain weight !
I think Japanese Sweet Potato and Japanese Pumpkin (Kabocha) is the best for me. Orange yam is watery for me. In late Autumn and Winter time, I used eat Stone Baked Chestnuts in Japan. I don’t see them in US. I miss so much.
45.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
