davidsprincess's Journal, 19 Oct 20

Back to the gym. Skipped the whole weekend. Yesterday's exercise was very little cleaning and walking to and from the kitchen for food. Unfortunately the kitchen is only about 20 feet away so not much of a burn. :) Happy Monday! Have a good week!

I missed most of last week because of work priorities. It was killing me but it must have been much needed time off because I hit the gym yesterday and had one of my best workouts in a while. Legs today 😱

Thanks everyone! I hear ya, Mike! Rest makes for strong workouts and my added calories made me look quite muscular today so I didn't feel so terrible about being a fatty yesterday. 😆💪🏼

Rest days are integral to the process, and “quite muscular” sounds great! Kitchen runs for the burn! 🙃😉
