THINSPIRATION....Motivation comes from my perception of my life. Through the beauty I see, the music I hear, the food I taste, The air I breathe, The people I touch and whom touch me, I am en-lightened up!

Movement is liberating and I am free when I move my body. Food is a friend...I love the color, taste and smell of food. I am a friend to myself and I love myself, Fat Secret is my friend and I love you:)

Appreciate,expand, become. Express who you truly are and who you love to be, which is positive uplifted people fueled by wonderful thoughts of the people, things, and events of your life. We're on a live-it not a Die-t. Tis the season to be Jolly..Love, Peace & Joy is the Spirit of Christmas.. Each of us has the freedom to choose the way we wish to feel and how we respond to life. You can regulate your emotional life by making a conscious decision to draw your happiness from within and look for the positive aspects of everything you experience. Lol...I was amused by my weight history because am seeing three trees that came to be this month of December. The number 3 is symbolic...Body Mind Soul, tis the Season.... Just Lovely:) Let's see if I can shake things up and bring it alive to the number 145! TOWANDA!!!!!

Thank you, Lisa, once again, for your inspiration.. I do believe the freedom to choose our response no matter what. I do believe making a conscious decision each moment in everything. To the point and exact! How we eat, how we act and how we feel is totally a perception of how we see ourselves... Much like beating ourselves up when we gain a pound or two or three or even five... Our fists go up and we literally beat ourselves up into eating more etc. Sometimes I know myself at beginning of this journey I would try to be someone I was not JUST TO MAKE MY FAMILY happy but I was not happy... Funny how that happens but it does if you do not stand true to yourself on what you believe in and believe in who you are! Believe it or not at one point I stopped my coaching practice and did not take in any clients volunteer or paid and I almost got depressed because I forced myself to be someone who I did not want to be! Excellent post!
